Our Partner Program has four different partner levels. Entering as well as upgrading to the next level is based on the number of own hosting contracts (any plans).

The benefits differ per level so the more active you are, the more benefits you can enjoy as a Partner. You can see your current Partner level in the Raidboxes Dashboard under the Raidboxes logo in the upper left of your Raidboxes Dashboard. Once you've qualified for the next Partner level and reached the required number own hosting subscriptions, you can flexibly upgrade to the next Partner level. The upgrade is handled manually by the Partner Team.

You will receive a number of Dev Boxes to test and develop your WordPress projects free of charge for a minimum of 90 days.

There are no upfront costs getting started building and developing websites for your clients because, unlike at other providers, you don't need to sign up for a hosting contract. As a Partner, you have a contingent of free Dev Boxes as your disposal.

Once your project is complete, you can either transfer the box to your client via a change of ownership or you can take care of the hosting subscription yourself. Both options are simple and can be combined within your account.

The Dev Boxes have the technical setup of a Starter plan. Depending on your Partner level, the number of Dev Boxes and their duration will vary.

Dev Boxes are available immediately in your account after you have the Partner status in your account.

In your Dashboard, you have two options to get started with Dev Boxes and the process is the same as with Demo Boxes. You can either migrate an existing website to our servers, or create a new, completely empty WordPress website. For each Dev Box you can also see the remaining time until expiry in your Box Overview.

As a Raidboxes Partner you'll receive professional advice and support from our Partner Team. From the Gold Partner level on, you'll also have a named contact person for all questions related to our partnership.

We strengthen our partnership and discover further synergies through regular exchange about your agency business, Raidboxes product ideas and general questions.

Hosting prices for Raidboxes Partners

The prices apply per hosting contract and are valid for business customers. All prices excluding 19% VAT.

You'll receive a one-time commission for all successfully referred new customers, either through your personal Partner link or by transferring ownership of a Box. Regardless of your Partner level, there are three different commission levels. The more new customers you successfully refer, the higher your commission will be.

Two factors determine the amount of commission paid out:

To get paid out, the hosting contract of the customer you referred has to run for a certain number of months. The required duration depends on the commission level, please refer to the table below. The payment will be made after this period.

Once you become a Raidboxes Partner, you'll get access to the Partner area in the Raidboxes Dashboard. Here you'll find your Partner link and additional marketing material you can use.

What do your statistics show?

Furthermore, you can view your individual performance statistics in your Partner account. This way you will always have an overview of how many customers you have referred so far and how much commission you are estimated to receive.

The number of registered testers shows you how many new Raidboxes users can be assigned to you. A cookie is used to assign users via your Partner link. If the cookie is set when a new account is created then this account can be linked to you.

💡 Another way a user account can be assigned to you as a tester is by changing ownership of a Box.

If users (testers) assigned to you become new Raidboxes customers, you'll receive a one-time commission for them. The amount of commission depends on the chosen hosting plan and your current commission level. You'll also see the conversion rate of testers to customers and the current commission amount.

Additionally, you'll find statistics about your referred plans in your Partner area. There you can see which hosting plans your referred customers have signed up for.

On request, we will analyze the before and after performance of your new customers' websites.

You'll receive tips and hints on how to optimize the performance. We provide a solid sales argument for your customers with the upstream load time analysis and real measured values.

When you submit a migration request form, simply let us know you'd like a before and after analysis in the comments field. Once the website copy is created and the migration is complete, we'll be happy to give you feedback on the website's performance.

As a Partner, you can clone not only your active WordPress projects but also Dev Boxes.

For added security, you can create additional manual backups of your own Boxes. By default, you can only create one manual backup in the Dashboard in addition to the automatic backups.

As a Partner, you have a minimum of three manual backups, allowing easier project development and more flexible testing options when making adjustments to your Box.

The Fully Managed add-on is available to all Gold and higher level Partners.

Eliminate the need to manually update plugins and themes – save yourself time and effort in Box management.

Our Fully Managed add-on is available for all own Boxes starting from Starter level. Automated plugin and theme updates save you time and increase the security of your websites so you can focus on developing your projects.

The Fully Managed add-on can be activated for each of your own Starter Boxes - there is no need to purchase the add-on separately. For more information about the add-on, please read this article.

From May 6, 2025, we will transfer existing storage extensions into paid add-on contracts – as a Box owner, you will receive an email about the conclusion of the add-on contract from May 6.
