You may have already noticed that our invoices look a little different since we introduced our new billing system.
Firstly, you’ll now see prorated charges for subscriptions you purchase or change during the billing cycle. These charges are for the period of your subscription until the next billing date. If you purchased a contract on July 15th, for example, there will be a prorated charge from July 15th on your invoice.
You’ll now also find a subscription ID on your invoices. This ID is also displayed in your Raidboxes Dashboard contract overview so you can easily find the corresponding subscription to your invoice.
How to match an invoice and a subscription
Depending on the number of products being billed, the subscription ID will be displayed at a different location on your invoice:
1) The subscription ID on a multi-part invoice
If multiple products are billed on your invoice, you’ll find the ID above the corresponding product name.
2) The subscription ID on a single invoice
If only one contract is billed on your invoice, the subscription ID will be located in the upper right corner.
Tip: Abo ID, Abonnement ID und Subscription ID are, by the way, synonymous, i.e. each contract has exactly one ID in our payment system (e.g. BTLWLITBdW4oB3XW) and one Raidboxes contract number (e.g. 75362).
As mentioned above, the subscription ID allows you to quickly identify the subscription the invoice refers to in your Raidboxes Dashboard.
The easiest way to find the subscription is with the screen search. Use the key combination Ctrl + F (PC) or command + F (Mac) to search directly for ID in your list of subscriptions.
