GoCardless is our service provider for direct debit payments. As soon as you allow us to use your bank data in direct debit payments, e.g. by updating your old direct debit data or by purchasing a product via direct debit for the first time, gocardless.com will send you a summary of your mandate's data.
This allows you to double check your bank data and, if necessary, update it. It also protects you from direct debit fraud.
If your data is correct and you actively set up your bank data for us to use in direct debit payments, you don’t have to do anything else.
My bank data is incorrect, what can I do?
If your account data is not yet correct, you can go to your Raidboxes Dashboard’s payment method overview and change it accordingly.

I did not allow you to use my bank data!
If you didn’t set up a direct debit with us but still receive gocardless’ setup notification, please get in touch with our support team right away. We’ll be able to help you figure out whether or not your bank data might have been stolen.
