If you have a paid hosting contract with us, you can change the payment method and interval for individual contracts at any time in your Raidboxes account.
In your contract settings, you can only select payment methods that have already been set up in the payment method settings of your Raidboxes Dashboard. If you would like to change your payment method from invoice to SEPA, for example, the SEPA mandate needs to already be stored in the payment method settings for the option to appear in the dropdown.
To change the payment method for a particular contract, go to the contract overview and click on Details. Click on the coin icon to open the settings menu.
Here you can select the desired payment method from the Payment method dropdown and set how often the contract should be billed under Payment period. Click on Change now to save the changes.
Please note that any changes will only apply to the next invoice generated by our system. You cannot change the payment method for existing invoices.
