⚠️ Before you begin
Before ordering Microsoft 365, please note the following:
Microsoft 365 is currently only available for business customers.
All Microsoft 365 plans are billed annually.
You do not need a Raidboxes hosting plan or a Raidboxes email product to use Microsoft 365.
🛒 Ordering Microsoft 365
1️⃣ Step 1: Open the new Dashboard
If you're still using the classic Dashboard, switch to the new Dashboard first.
2️⃣ Step 2: Select Microsoft 365
In the left-hand navigation, open Products.
Select Microsoft 365 and click the blue Configure button.
3️⃣ Step 3: Complete your order
hoose the Microsoft 365 plan that best suits your needs and complete the checkout process.
Depending on your configuration, additional options may be displayed during checkout, such as domains that already exist in your Raidboxes account.
✅ After your order
Once your order has been completed successfully, you can manage your Microsoft 365 environment through the Microsoft Admin Center.
In the new Dashboard, navigate to Subscriptions and open the Third-party tab. From there, click Manage Microsoft 365 to open the Microsoft Admin Center.
🌐 DNS records
Depending on the Microsoft 365 services you use, you'll need to configure several DNS records.
The required DNS records are provided in the Microsoft Admin Center and may include:
MX
SPF
DKIM
Autodiscover
TXT
CNAME
⚠️ Important:
The required DNS records are not configured automatically.
You'll need to add these DNS records manually yourself.
