Microsoft 365: Admin Center - Access and Management

What is the Microsoft Admin Center?

The Microsoft Admin Center is the central management portal for your Microsoft 365 environment.

Depending on your permissions, you can perform a wide range of administrative tasks from within the Admin Center.


Accessing the Microsoft Admin Center

You can access the Microsoft Admin Center directly from the new Raidboxes Dashboard.

Navigate to Subscriptions, select your Microsoft 365 subscription via the tab Third-party, and click Manage Microsoft 365.

You will then be redirected to the Microsoft Admin Center.


Common administrative tasks in the Microsoft Admin Center

The Microsoft Admin Center allows you to perform tasks such as:

  • Managing users

  • Resetting passwords

  • Managing Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)

  • Assigning or removing licenses

  • Creating email aliases

  • Updating user information

  • Managing your own domains
