Incorrect login details when logging into webmail

If you receive the error message "Login failed" in the Raidboxes webmailer, proceed as follows:

(1) Check whether you have already assigned the new mailbox password:

Check the migration status in your Dashboard – there you can see which mailboxes are still waiting for passwords to be assigned.

  1. Assign a new, strong password

  2. Log in with the new password in the webmailer.

Note: You no longer have access to the mailbox.org webmailer. With the migration of your mailbox, the webmailer has changed, meaning you can now access and manage your emails via the Raidboxes webmailer.

(2) Reset your password and try logging in again:

If you no longer have the assigned password, reset the password for your mailbox.

ℹ️ If the email address of your mailbox matches the email address you use to operate your Raidboxes account, please contact support to reset your mailbox.

If you cannot receive emails via your email program after migration, it will probably need to be reconfigured.

(1) Ensure that you have already assigned a new password:

(2) Select the correct instructions for setting up your email program:

💡 Quick troubleshooting tip: If you are unable to connect to the email program despite having set it up, try logging in with your access data in the Raidboxes webmailer.

If the login also fails, continue with these steps.

If you are unable to connect despite entering the correct login details, please contact our support team and have screenshots of the stored server configuration data (server/host name, port, encryption) ready.
