Starting September 1, a new security feature called Patchman will be available to you, which automatically scans your website for malware and security vulnerabilities. On the same date, we will also be adjusting our prices – in addition to Patchman, these adjustments reflect rising infrastructure and domain costs, as well as our ongoing expansion of our quality assurance efforts.

When will the change take effect?
Effective September 1, 2026: For all newly booked boxes and domains under the plans listed below (see Box Pricing Table and Domain Pricing). Existing contracts under these plans will continue at the old price until they are renewed.
Example: You purchased a Starter Box with a semi-annual payment interval on May 1, 2026. The current price remains valid until the contract renews on November 1, 2026. Only then will the new price be charged. The timing of the contract renewal is decisive here.
New prices for Box plans
The Fully Managed, Enterprise, and Enterprise XL plans are exempt from the price increase.
New domain prices
The top-level domain .de is exempt from the price increase.
What are the benefits for me?
Through September 1, 2026, you can look forward to Patchman as an included enhancement:
🔄 Patchman scans automatically – every night, Patchman scans all sites for malware and security vulnerabilities and flags pending updates for plugins, themes, and WordPress itself.
🛡️ Security Patches – If a fix is already available for a security vulnerability, you can approve it with a single click – Patchman will then roll it out for you.
💰 Patchman is included for you – this feature is automatically included in every box, regardless of your plan. You don't need to set anything up or activate it.
What happens to the existing discounts?
The volume discounts remain unchanged: Depending on the number of boxes, you’ll continue to save between 20% and 40% on the Starter plan. At the same time, the term discounts of 5%, 10%, and 15% for contract terms of 6, 12, and 24 months also remain unchanged.

Do I have a special right of termination?
Our goal is to keep you with us through enthusiasm, not through contracts – which is why we always had no cancellation periods. The new price will only take effect when your subscription is renewed, which means you can cancel your contracts as usual via the dashboard in the subscription overview if you don’t agree with the price adjustment.
