We are, probably like you, continuously affected by rising costs. In order to continue providing the usual quality and comprehensive service, we are adjusting our prices for selected plans and domains.
When will the change take effect?
Starting September 1, 2025: For all newly booked Starter and Mini plan Boxes as well as all newly booked .de and .com domains. Existing subscriptions for the mentioned plans will continue at the old price until they are renewed. Other plans aren't affected by the price adjustment.
Example: You purchased a Starter Box with a semi-annual payment interval on May 1, 2025. The current price remains valid until the contract renews on November 1, 2025. Only then will the new price be charged. The timing of the contract renewal is decisive here.
What are the benefits for me?
Until September 1, 2025, you can look forward to additional included improvements:
Dashboard 2.0 – The first part of a completely redesigned user interface with new features
Improved Email Offering – Better value-for-money email services, provided through our parent company team.blue
AI Site Assistant – Launch new websites faster with AI support, including layout, design, and text creation
What happens to the existing discounts?
Our tiered pricing will also be adjusted and will increase by up to €1.60 net per month per Starter Box. However, if you choose to pay in advance for 6, 12, or 24 months, the corresponding discounts of 5%, 10%, and 15% will still apply as before.

Do I have a special right of termination?
Our goal is to retain you through enthusiasm, not subscriptions. That’s why we’ve always had no cancellation periods. You can cancel your subscriptions at any time directly in the subscription overview of your Dashboard.
