It only takes a few clicks to order a mailbox for your Raidboxes domain. In addition to standard functions like forwarding and aliases, our mailboxes also offer a particularly powerful spam filter, can be completely encrypted and are located exclusively on German servers.
Mailbox purchases are only possible for Raidboxes domains
⚠️ Requirement: You can only purchase a mailbox via this route if the corresponding domain is also hosted by Raidboxes. If your domain isn't hosted by Raidboxes, you can easily move it to our servers.
Step 1: Go to the email administration and select a domain
Go to the Emails tab from your Raidboxes Dashboard to enter the email administration area. Click on Create new inbox to start the purchase process.
You will now be redirected to the checkout process. Here, you have two options:
Add a mailbox to an existing contract
Use an existing domain
So if you already have an Email Hosting 2.0 mailbox with us, you can add a mailbox to an existing contract here. If this is the first mailbox for a domain, you can select the domain for which the mailbox is to be created.
Step 2: Provide mailbox information
💡 Your personal information will not be verified when you add a mailbox to an existing contract.
Once you've checked the personal details are correct, you can select the desired email hosting plan and enter the required information for the mailbox:
the name of the mailbox
the displayed name recipients will see
the password
💡 Your email address and password will also serve as your login credentials for the webmail client later on.
⚠️ Important: Raidbox email accounts can only be ordered for domains that are not already linked to a mailbox.org email account. If you use mailbox.org email accounts for the domain in question, any additional email accounts will also be created with that provider.
Step 3: Choose a payment method and confirm purchase
In the final step, you select the payment interval and payment method. You will be shown an order summary and can then confirm your mailbox purchase.
📩 An order confirmation will be sent to you via email. This contains all the information you need to manage and set up your new mailbox.
