Raidboxes has no cancellation periods so you can cancel any contract right up until the subscription period expires.
This is how subscription periods work
Box and email contracts auto-renew at the first day of each month. The contract period is determined by the payment period you choose during checkout. If you choose a monthly billing cycle, your contract can be terminated at the first of each month.
Example: If you purchase a Box on Juli 13 and choose the monthly payment option, your contract will be terminated on August 1 as long as you cancel it before this date. If you cancel it after August 1, your contract will be terminated on September 1.
Longer billing cycles also extend your contract's contract period. An annual payment will set the termination date for the first day of the month you purchased your contract one year from today.
Example: A Box with an annual billing option that you purchase on July 13 auto-renews on July 1 the next year.
The exact contract periods of all your products can be found in your contract management overview.
☝️ Please note that this rule does not apply to domain contracts. If you cancel these contracts they will always be terminated at the exact purchase date one year in the future.
How do I cancel a contract?
You can cancel a contract at any time directly via the contract area in your Raidboxes Dashboard. Simply click on the Details of the contract and then on Cancel contract in the top right. The cancellation request will apply immediately; the contract will not be renewed and will be deleted after the minimum contract period has elapsed.
If you want to retain the contents of the Boxes, you can back them up at any time, for example via FTP and the database administration or by downloading a backup.
