You can enable 2FA in your account settings and choose between the following methods:
Authenticator App (TOTP)
E-Mail (OTP)
💡 Important:
Two-factor authentication only protects your Raidboxes account.
It does not apply to your WordPress login and is not automatically enabled for other people who have access to your Box.
What is two-factor authentication?
With two-factor authentication enabled, you need two separate forms of verification to log in to your Raidboxes account:
your password
an additional authentication code (also referred to as a verification code or 2FA code)
Depending on the method you choose, the authentication code is either generated by your Authenticator App or sent to you by email.
This means that your password alone is no longer enough to log in to your Raidboxes account.
Where can I find the two-factor authentication settings?
You can set up two-factor authentication in your Raidboxes account settings.
💡 If other people have access to your Box as Box Admins, they should also enable two-factor authentication for their own Raidboxes accounts.

How do I enable two-factor authentication via email?
With email-based two-factor authentication, the authentication code is sent to the email address associated with your Raidboxes account.
To enable 2FA via email:
Under Two-Factor Authentication, select Email (OTP).
Click Activate 2FA.
You’ll receive a 6-digit authentication code by email.
Enter the code in the window displayed in your Raidboxes Dashboard.
Click Verify code.
Once the code has been successfully verified, two-factor authentication is enabled for your Raidboxes account.
For future logins, you’ll receive a new authentication code by email. Enter this code in addition to your password to log in to your Raidboxes account.
How do I enable two-factor authentication via an app?
For this method, you’ll need an Authenticator App that supports time-based one-time passwords (TOTP). You can use any compatible app, such as Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator, or Okta Verify.
To enable 2FA via an app:
Under Two-Factor Authentication, select Authenticator App (TOTP).
Click Activate 2FA.
Open your Authenticator App and scan the QR code displayed in the Raidboxes Dashboard.
The app will generate an authentication code.
Enter this code in your Raidboxes Dashboard.
Click Verify code.
Once the code has been successfully verified, two-factor authentication via app is enabled for your Raidboxes account.
For future logins, open your Authenticator App and enter the authentication code displayed in the app in addition to your password.
How do I disable two-factor authentication?
You can disable two-factor authentication at any time in your account settings.
Go to the Two-Factor Authentication section.
Click Disable 2FA.
Confirm the deactivation using an authentication code.
Enter the code in your Raidboxes Dashboard and confirm the deactivation.
Once the code has been successfully verified, two-factor authentication is disabled for your Raidboxes account.
What can I do if I no longer have access to my two-factor authentication?
If you no longer have access to your configured authentication method and are therefore unable to log in to your Raidboxes account, please contact our Support Team.
This may happen, for example, if you no longer have access to the email address associated with your Raidboxes account or can no longer use your Authenticator App.
We can verify your identity in another way and then help you regain access to your account.
