⚠️ Important: redirects are not aliases! Read more about the differences between redirects and aliases in Set up an email alias.
💡 Redirects, also called forwarding, automatically forward emails from your mailbox to external email addresses. If I set up redirect, for example, from max@example.com to my private mailbox, all emails sent to this mailbox will also be forwarded to my private email address.
How to set up an email redirect
You can set up a redirect from your mailbox overview with just a few clicks. Go to the Emails tab in your Raidboxes Dashboard and select the desired mailbox.
On the right-hand side, you'll find the section Email redirects. This is where you can set up new redirects and manage existing ones.
To set up a new redirect, simply click on Create new email redirect, type in the email address to which incoming email should be forwarded to and confirm your entry. The new redirect will then appear in the mailbox overview.
How to delete an email redirect
You can delete an existing email redirect by clicking on the trash can icon.
