Every mailbox you create at Raidboxes runs in the background on highly secure mail servers from Mailbox.org. An additional benefit of this cooperation is that you're also able to use the Mailbox.org webmail functionality instead of, or in addition to, an email client.

What is webmail?

Webmail is an administration interface for email, much like Outlook or Gmail. The difference is that webmail can only be accessed via a browser. In order to use the service, you need to go to your browser, type in the URL of the webmail and then log in.

How to log in to webmail

To log in to the Mailbox.org webmail, simply go to https://login.mailbox.org/de or click Open web client in the Webmail section of the mailbox overview. The login data for webmail is also located in this section.

How to change your webmail password

The password for webmail is the same as your mailbox password. If you forget your

password, simply use the reset password function. More information can be found in Email: Change and reset your password.
