Email – Reset your password

You can easily reset your mailbox password directly in the Raidboxes Dashboard.

🔑 If you’ve forgotten your password or would like to change it, you can request a password reset directly in your mailbox overview.

Go to your mailbox overview by clicking on the Emails tab in your Raidboxes Dashboard and then selecting the mailbox. The relevant sectionbReset inbox password is located to the left.

Reset your mailbox password

If you’ve forgotten your password and need to reset it, you can use the Reset password function:

  1. Request the reset confirmation code via email. Select Email me the confirmation code. The code will be sent to the email address on your Raidboxes account.

  2. Change password. Enter the new password and the confirmation code into the respective fields and click on Reset password to confirm the change.

🚀 Your password has been successfully reset as soon as you see the confirmation

message in the Raidboxes Dashboard.
