But you don't need to worry when you host your website at Raidboxes. We provide you with all the information you need to adapt your data protection policy and sign GDPR-compliant contracts with us.
If you have a website hosted by us, we ask you to sign our data processing agreement. This applies to all your websites so you only need to sign it once for each account.
Please fill out all the fields on the data processing agreement and sign it. Raidboxes and you will automatically receive a PDF by email with the contract attached. The contract with us is considered concluded upon receipt of the signed version.
For agencies and web designers
If you're an agency, the scenarios are possible:
If your customers host their sites themselves, they must conclude a DPA with us directly.
If you host your customers' sites via your account, you must conclude a DPA with us for these sites.
