Starting from January 1, 2027, we are adjusting the prices of selected hosting plans and domains for Partners. With this adjustment, we continue to invest in our platform, new features, and our support so that we can continue to offer you the quality you know from Raidboxes.
A forthcoming security enhancement is Patchman:
Patchman automatically checks every box nightly for malware and known security vulnerabilities, points out pending updates, and allows you to install available security patches with just one click. This feature will be included in all hosting plans from
September 1, 2026.
When does the change take effect?
For end customers and Free Dev Partners, the new prices apply from
September 1, 2026. You can find all information on this in our help center article for end customers: Price adjustment 2026 for end customers.
The new prices for partners apply from January 1, 2027 for:
all newly booked hosting plans and domains listed in the detailed overviews
existing contracts as soon as they are renewed
Example:
You activated a Starter Box contract with a 12-month term on August 1, 2026. Your previous price will remain valid until the contract renewal on August 1, 2027. The new price will only be applied starting from the renewal date.
New Prices for Domains
The top-level domain .de is excluded from the price adjustment.
New Prices for Boxes
The Fully Managed, Enterprise, and Enterprise XL plans are exempt from the price increase.
