You can find all your invoices and other documents in your Raidboxes Dashboard. Simply click on the user icon on the top right of the dashboard and select Bills from the menu.
This will bring you to the bills overview where you can do the following:
View and download all of your documents.
See which invoices have been paid, which are still outstanding and any credits that have been applied.
See and change your current billing address. Please note, that changing your billing address will only be applied to future invoices.
Important: Invoices from before July 2017 are not stored in the dashboard. If you need an invoice from June 2017 or earlier, please contact our support.
