Starting February 17, mailboxes will be scheduled for the upcoming migration โ€“ the scheduling and announcement of the migration of the affected mailboxes will take place 7 days in advance. Phases 2 and 3 of our email migrations affect customers and partners with mailboxes at mailbox.org.

๐Ÿ‘‰ For further details, see our schedule of migration phases and the exact procedure for mailbox migration in our Everything you need to know - article.

If you are a customer or partner with multiple mailboxes at Raidboxes, this article describes various options for assigning mailbox passwords more easily at the end of each migration.

The migration status in the Raidboxes Dashboard shows you which migrations still need mailboxes to be assigned:

Set mailbox passwords

When assigning multiple mailboxes, you have various options for either assigning the passwords yourself or sharing them with third parties via email. It doesn't matter whether the person has a Raidboxes account or not.

A โ€“ Generate all passwords at once

With the first option, you can generate secure passwords for all listed mailboxes at once and download them as a CSV file.

B โ€“ Set passwords individually

For individual mailboxes, you can share a link for assigning passwords with external persons or assign the respective password yourself.

C โ€“ Share link

To share passwords with external persons who don't have a Raidboxes account, there are two additional options that you can execute in bulk:

  • Share link for all mailboxes: Generate a single link for a third party who can set the passwords.

  • Assign in bulk: Assign in bulk which external persons should set the new passwords.
