Once you have received the announcement of the upcoming Box upgrades to our new servers, you can postpone the migration date if required.
The migration can be rescheduled for all or individual Boxes listed in the email announcement. The date can be postponed a maximum of two times by up to four weeks.
Change the migration date via the Raidboxes Dashboard
Open your Raidboxes Dashboard and click on Reschedule Migration in the orange banner.
Step 1: A new window opens in which you can first select the Boxes for which you want to reschedule the appointment.
Step 2: In the second step, you will be shown available dates on which the migration of your selected Boxes can take place. We advise you to choose a date that allows you to adjust the DNS settings of your domain within 14 days after the migration.
Step 3: Check your selection and confirm the new date via Reschedule Migration.
