With the introduction of our Raidboxes 2.0, all new Mini, Starter, Fully Managed and Pro Boxes are created on the new infrastructure.
Particularly during the transition phase and especially if you have several Boxes with us, you may need information about the exact infrastructure on which the respective Box is located. 🔍
The special feature of the Raidboxes 2.0 infrastructure: A Box has two IP addresses, an IPv4 address (1.) and an IPv6 address (2.).
If this applies to your Box and it was created after 03.04.2024, your Box is already located on the Raidboxes 2.0 infrastructure. ✅ You can tell when your Box was created by the creation date of the first automatic backup in the backup management of your Box.
