You can overwrite your current live site with the contents of one of your automatic or manual backups at any time via the backup overview of your Box.
From your dashboard, go to the Backups tab and click on the arrow symbol next to the backup you want to restore.
This function also allows you to restore your Box with an older WP version. You just need to have a backup with the previous WordPress version available for this to work.
