When you have more than 8 or so Boxes on your account, the classic tile view can start to get a little confusing.
💡 The list view provides a better overview of your Boxes and allows you to carry out many tasks directly from the dashboard overview. This saves you time and makes working with your Boxes even more efficient.
Activate the list view
To activate the list view, proceed as follows:
Click on the list view icon in the top right corner of your dashboard overview.
If you're already in the list view and want to switch back, just click again return to the tile view.
How the list view works
In the list view, all your Boxes are arranged in chronological order of creation date.
The following information is displayed in the respective columns:
Status: The status of your Box indicates whether there are currently problems with your Box.
Name, URL, ID: These three values show the three central pieces information about your site - its name, the displayed domain and the Box ID. In the orange field you can also see how long your Demo or Dev Boxes are still valid.
Actions: You can perform a whole range of actions or navigate to certain areas of the Box administration directly from here.
Rename Box: Via the pencil symbol you can change the name of your Box. (Attention: This is not identical with changing your site's displayed domain).
Staging environment: By clicking on the second symbol you can jump directly to the staging menu of your Box.
Backups: Click on the third symbol to go directly to the backup overview of your Box.
Plugins and themes: Click on the plug icon to go directly to the plugin and theme overview of your Box in the Raidboxes dashboard. Here you can manage your WordPress extensions, even if your site is no longer accessible.
Settings: By clicking on the cogwheel symbol, you can access the settings of your Box. Here you can, for example, change the PHP version of your site or configure advanced security options.
WP-Admin: Click on the WordPress logo to access the login area of your Box. If you have activated Single Sign On for your Box, you will be logged in automatically.
Contract management: If your Box is active, you can jump directly to the contract management by clicking on the contract symbol.
WP version: With the help of the icons from this area you can manage the WP version of your Box.
Version number: The version number shows on which WP version your Box is currently running.
Freeze WP version: The lock symbol allows you to fix the WP version of your Box with one click. An open lock means the WP version of your Box is not frozen.
Update WP: By clicking on the arrow symbol, you can upgrade your Box directly to the latest WP version.
Owners and Admins: You can see here at a glance who the owners and admins of the Box are.
Owner: Only the owner of a Box may delete it or adjust the contract data.
Manage Admins: Via the user icon you can add new admins to your Box and view the current admins. If you click on the initials of the admin, you can remove the admin directly.
