The business mailboxes we offer in cooperation with Mailbox.org provide a whole range of security features, including a very powerful and restrictive blacklist.
What is an email blacklist?
A blacklist is a list of blocked email addresses. If you add an email address to this list, you will no longer receive any messages from it.
⚠️ Once on the email blacklist, the respective address can no longer contact you via email. The email would need to be removed from the list before you could receive any email from it.
How to set up an email blacklist
You can block an email address directly via the respective mailbox overview. Go to the Emails tab from the Dashboard and click on the relevant mailbox.
In the Blacklist area to the right, you can now add entries and edit your blacklist.
To add an email address to your list, click on Add blacklist entry, enter the (un)desired email address and confirm your entry.
The blocked address appears directly in your mailbox blacklist.
👉 You can easily delete an entry by clicking on the trash can symbol next to the name.
