If your domain is hosted at Raidboxes, you can add a CNAME record for your domain or subdomain in just a few clicks. If your domain is hosted elsewhere, you'll need to change any DNS records directly with your domain provider, who'll also explain how and where to make the changes.
New records are created in the DNS administration area of your Raidboxes domain:
Click on the Domains tab from your dashboard
Find the domain you want to add a CNAME record for and select DNS options
You are now in the DNS administration of your chosen domain
Add a new CNAME record for the domain:
Click on + Add DNS entry
Select the Type CNAME
If needed, enter a subdomain the CNAME record should apply to and the target in the Subdomain field at the top, e.g. example.com.
If you select the checkbox Subdomain? next to target, it is also appropriate to enter a domain here, e.g. www.
Click Create to confirm your entry
The CNAME record is now set and will take effect immediately.
