Raidboxes domains usually use our default nameservers:
ns1.raidboxes.net
ns2.raidboxes.net
ns3.raidboxes.net
ns4.raidboxes.net
If want to use your own nameservers, however, you can set them up at any time in the domain administration. You may want to use your own nameservers, for example, if you use a CDN like Cloudflare.
First of all, go to the domain administration area and click on DNS options next to your chosen domain.
Now you can see your current nameserver settings in the Nameserver section and can adjust them using the Edit nameserver button.
Click on Use your own nameservers and enter the details of your nameservers in at least fields nameserver 1 and nameserver 2 in the pop-up window. When you're done, click on Change now to save your entries. Please note that this process may take some time.
As soon as the nameservers have been successfully changed, you'll be able to see them in the Nameservers section.
You're welcome to reset the nameservers to the default Raidboxes nameservers at any time. To do this, simply click on Edit nameserver and select Use Raidboxes nameserver.
