With Raidboxes, you can update the contact information for your domain directly from your dashboard.

When you register a domain, the profile information from your account is automatically stored with the registrar as the contact information (Owner-C) for the domain.

If this information changes, you are required to update or verify it, as this is not done automatically in the event of a subsequent change.

Manage and edit contact information

You can find the link to manage domain contacts in the Domain overview.

Here you can edit the contact information for both the OwnerC and the AdminC.

Verify contact information

Any changes to the data will be automatically forwarded after saving, and you will receive an email from the sender do-not-reply@domain-robot.org. This email contains a confirmation link that you must click.

💡 Tip: If you can't find the email, check your spam folder. The sender is always domain-robot.org.

The button will take you to a summary of your information. If everything is correct, confirm it by clicking the button.

Until you have confirmed your ownership or contact information, the data will be displayed as pending in the domain contact section.

Only after you've confirmed the contact information and refreshed the page will the contact be displayed as verified.

⚠️ Please never ignore these verification emails. Once you receive them, you have only 7 or 15 days to click the confirmation link.

The exact number of days is specified in the email and depends on whether you've made a change or if this is your first verification.

What should you do if you haven't received an email or your domain has been deactivated?

Can't find the email from DENIC?

Check the domain owner's (Owner-C) email address in your Raidboxes Dashboard (see the following instructions). Updating your information will trigger the email to be sent again, allowing you to restart the verification process. If you're having trouble, be sure to check your spam folder.

Has your domain been deactivated?

Please update your contact information to reactivate the domain. If you have any questions, log in to the Raidboxes Dashboard and contact us directly via Live Chat.
