Starting with the Starter plan, the previous mailbox provider mailbox.org offered the option of storing data in cloud storage. This feature will no longer be available with the switch to our new mail servers, which is why you should download any relevant data.
If your mailbox uses cloud storage, you will be notified accordingly in the migration status:
Reactivate old mailbox
After moving to our new mail servers, your mailbox at mailbox.org has been temporarily deactivated. You can reactivate your mailbox temporarily via the email we have sent you regarding this matter.
Subject: Cloud storage expires in X days
Please note: If you can no longer find the email, simply contact our support team.
Login in the old webmailer
Once you have reactivated your mailbox using the button in the email, you will be automatically redirected to the webmailer. Otherwise, please go to: login.mailbox.org.
Remember to log in with your original login details. If you no longer have your old password, please contact support so that the team can reset your password for you. ๐
Download data
Now click on the cloud icon in the top row to access cloud storage:
Once you have selected the relevant folders, you can now click on the download element to download the desired data locally to your device:

Once you have completed the steps above, please confirm in your mailbox's migration status that you have backed up the data:
