What does Fastpixel do?
Fastpixel is a plugin we offer as a paid performance addon. It replaces any caching or performance plugins from other providers. It improves your website’s performance by processing data faster and making graphic or network processes more efficient. You use it to reduce latency, increase stability, and enhance the user experience.
Why do firewalls block Fastpixel?
Firewalls protect your system from unwanted or potentially dangerous traffic. Sometimes, a firewall mistakenly flags Fastpixel as a risk because the plugin:
uses unusual ports or IP addresses,
transmits data very quickly,
modifies or compresses network packets.
If your firewall blocks Fastpixel, the plugin cannot function properly. You may notice connection issues or limited functionality.
How to allow Fastpixel: Whitelist the IPs
To ensure Fastpixel runs smoothly, you need to add the IP addresses the plugin uses to your firewall’s whitelist. This allows the firewall to accept traffic from these IPs without restriction.
💡Fastpixel IPs:
23.88.6.90
136.243.103.55
176.9.77.187
5.161.48.189
5.78.136.110
5.161.47.113
Steps to whitelist the IPs:
Open your firewall plugin settings in the WordPress backend.
Find the section labeled “IP Whitelist” or “Allowed Addresses.”
Enter the IP addresses that Fastpixel uses.
Save your changes.
When you whitelist the IPs correctly, Fastpixel can reach its full performance without your security software blocking its traffic.
👉 If you don’t use your own firewall plugin and rely solely on our firewall (which is already sufficient), these IPs are already whitelisted in our firewall.
