Box administrators have the following rights:
✅ They have full FTP access
✅ They can change a Box's domain
✅ They can alter the Box settings
❌ They are not able to change payment settings
❌ They have no deletion rights
Important: Raidboxes admins do not automatically get admin access to your WordPress dashboard. You need to grant this access separately in WordPress.
How to add a new admin
Go to the Box overview and click on the add user icon below the screenshot.
Now enter the email address of the new admin. If your colleague or customer already has a Raidboxes account, please enter the email address the admin used to register with us.
We will send an email to the address you entered. The recipient needs to click on the confirmation link in this email to get access to your Box via their Raidboxes Dashboard.
Withdraw an admin invitation
You can also withdraw an admin invitation if, for example, you’ve entered an incorrect email address.
Click the admin icon again and then select the circle with the abbreviation WP. After confirming the deletion, the person will no longer be able to log in as admin and will not be able to access your Box, even if they click on the link from the first invitation email.
Delete an admin
To revoke the admin rights for a user, simply click the admin icon again and then click the circle representing the admin you want to delete.
After you confirm the deletion, the person will no longer have access to your Raidboxes Box.
💡 Tip: When you hover over the circle, a small window will appear showing you exactly which admin the circle represents.
