Navigate to Boxes in your Raidboxes dashboard.

Click on Create new box.

Activate the AI Site Assistant option.

Enter the desired data and click on Create box.

As soon as your new box appears in the dashboard, go to the box settings.

Activate the Single Sign-On function to be able to log in to your WordPress dashboard with just one click. In the WordPress submenu, you will also find the switch for the AI Site Assistant.

Click on Log in in your Raidboxes dashboard to go directly to the WordPress dashboard.

Select the type of your website (e.g. company, landing page, etc.).

Enter the title of your website and add as detailed a description of your project or company as possible in the main text field.

Once you have precisely described your project and defined the desired tone of the website, click Next.

Decide whether you want to create a landing page (one-pager) or a website with several subpages.

Select a basic layout for your website from the suggestions. This is a rough visual preliminary decision in which the complete page is created. You can of course change the layout at any time later.

Click on Next.

You will now see a preview of your start page. If you don't like the layout at all, you can of course go back one step and choose a different one.

On the right-hand side, you can select the pages you want the Assistant to create (e.g. About us, Services, FAQ, Portfolio, Contact, etc.).

Make your selection and click Next.

View website: It makes sense to first click View site to view the result. A new tab will open with the front end of your page.

In the front end, you can get a good overview, check the texts and images and click through the content the AI has created.

Switch back to the WordPress dashboard and take a look at the individual steps in the website guide.

Edit homepage: To test the image and text generation, you can go through individual steps from the guide - or you can do it directly on the homepage. Click on the corresponding point in the guide. You will be taken directly to the WordPress block editor of your homepage.

Click on an image that you want to replace.

Select the Generate an image option.

Describe in the text field what kind of picture you would like (e.g. "more diverse group of 3 people talking in a modern businessroom with green").

Click on Generate image.

If you like the result, simply click on Use this image. If it does not yet meet your requirements, specify your prompt and have a new image generated.

Select a section of text that you want to change.

An AI symbol Ask AI appears in the toolbar. Click on it.

Select an action such as Make longer or enter your own command (e.g. "Formulate this text more convincingly").

The AI creates a proposal that you can accept directly.

At the bottom right you will find the Help Center. You can use this to get help when working with the AI Site Assistant, with WordPress and especially with the block editor. To do this, either use the keyword search in the knowledge base or ask the AI a question you have formulated yourself.

Remember that this is an AI chatbot - if the answer does not meet your requirements, it often helps to rephrase your question.

Existing pages with the block editor:
Especially if your website is already based on the WordPress block editor, the AI Site Assistant will immediately bring you noticeable benefits: You can create new pages including text and image content with one click, use the design library for new content pages and use the integrated AI chatbot "Help Center" for common WordPress and block editor questions.

Existing pages with other page builders:
If your content uses a different page builder such as Elementor or Divi, you will have two different content pages - this can lead to inconsistencies in the design or user guidance. In this case, plan some additional fine-tuning or consider a gradual switch to the block editor in order to utilize the full potential of the AI Site Assistant.

Existing pages remain unaffected:
If you subsequently activate the AI Site Assistant on a page with content that has already been created, your previous content and pages will remain unchanged.
