Would you like to take a closer look at our hosting and test the performance? During a migration, we create a copy of your live website and move it to our servers. We then analyse the performance of your website with your current host and compare it with the results on our servers.
This will give you a transparent overview of possible improvements in speed and stability – without carrying out any further optimisations. You will receive the results of this test by email when we're finished.
Performance test – what do we measure on your website?
We measure the most important performance values to provide you with a clear comparison with your old host. We test:
The Speed Index indicates how quickly the visible content of your website is loaded. It shows how smoothly users can perceive the content – the lower the value, the better.
Time to First Byte (TTFB): The Time to First Byte measures the time it takes for your server to respond to the first request. It shows how quickly your server responds to a connection, which is an important factor for the overall loading speed.
Backend loading times
These values affect the management and editing of your website and are particularly important for you as a WordPress user.
We measure the loading times of the WordPress admin area, the pages and the WooCommerce product pages (if applicable). These values give you an indication of how quickly and efficiently you can work with your website, whether it's creating content, navigating the backend or managing products.
