You can purchase domains straight from your Raidboxes Dashboard. You simply need to have an existing Raidboxes account to order the domains.

Note: Do you already have a domain you would like to transfer to us? Please follow the steps on how to transfer a domain to Raidboxes instead.

Select a top-level domain (TLD)

Buy the domain

Log in to your Raidboxes Dashboard and go to the Domains tab. In this overview, you can order a new domain, transfer an existing domain to Raidboxes and manage your Raidboxes domains.

To purchase a new domain, simply enter your desired domain in the field my-desired-

domain.com (e.g. myshop.com) and click Check availability. If the domain is

already assigned, an error message will appear and you will need to try an

alternative name.

Please also enter the desired top-level domain (TLD), e.g. .net or .com. If this is missing, you will receive an error message stating that the TLD cannot

be ordered.

If you enter the TLD and still receive this error message, please check whether we currently offer the requested TLD. An overview of available TLDs from Raidboxes can be found here: Select a domain.

If your desired domain is available, you will automatically be taken to the checkout process. Now you simply need to fill in the order form and confirm the purchase.

A domain contract is always valid for one year. You can view all your domain contracts under the menu item Contracts and via the domains overview.

Please note that it can take up to 24 hours for your new domain to be registered and available. Once your domain is ready, the status in the domain overview will be set to ACTIVE.
