You have the option to allow SSH access for all your Boxes at Raidboxes so you can manage them via SSH.

With the help of SSH (Secure Shell), a secure network connection can be established from, for example, a PC to our web server thus enabling mutual authentication and encrypted data transfers.

Note: SSH cannot be activated for Mini Boxes.

Proceed as follows to create SSH access for your Box:

  • Click on the Settings tab in the Box overview

  • Select SSH from the Server submenu on the left

  • Activate SSH by switching the toggle to ON

  • Click on SSH key and enter your SSH Public Key.

As soon as the public key is set up, you can connect to the Box via SSH, e.g. via your console. You will find the login data in the bottom right of the Box overview, in the SSH section.
